research positions in the Condensed Matter Theory group at the
University of Cincinnati. Please find the details in the attached

The Condensed Matter Theory Group at the University of Cincinnati
seeks to fill one or more postdoctoral positions to begin in Fall
2010. The positions would be associated with Carlos J. Bolech and
Nayana Shah. Other CMT faculty include T. Beck, M. Ma, F. Pinski, and
R. Serota. The targeted areas of research involve strongly correlated
solid-state, nano-scale, and atomic systems. The position requires a
doctoral degree in physics or a related subject and research
experience related to the areas of interest. Applicants should provide
a curriculum vitae and a brief statement of research interests both to
be uploaded at <http://www.jobsatuc.com> (position number 29UC5405).
They should also arrange for three letters of recommendation to be
sent to <ucphysics en uc.edu>, preferably in pdf format. The e-mail
subject should start with “CMT postdoc search 2010” and include the
name of the candidate. Any questions about the position can be
directed to the same e-mail address. The selection process will start
on December 7th and continue through the winter. For full
consideration, applications should be completed before the deadline.
