The Escuela de Informatica y Telecomunicaciones at Universidad Diego
Portales in Santiago, Chile, is requesting applications to an academic
position at the level of associate/assistant professor.

Requirements:

- The candidate should hold a doctoral degree, or be within six months
of graduation, with a major field of expertise in computer science.
Preference will be given to applicants with research experience in
machine learning or software architecture.
- Interest in teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Capability for developing a research area in an autonomous manner.
- Availability not later than March 2012.
