Como he informado
dpto de Matemática y, resentido, fatso took the vendetta.

voodoo approach to scientific knowledge".
Sorry to
point it out to you pero no solo nuestra facultad esta manejada por
==============

Dear Moshe

Subject: Operations Research and Voodoo Economics

It is an established fact that when an animal grows old its brain turns
soft and its prick doesnt stand up anymore. We, human beings, have a
superior mind to find ways of bullshitting even through old age. Let me
try to understand your voodoo approach to scientific knowledge. I happen
to be interested in Boudou Economics, namely the one being applied in
Argentina by its economy minister handsome Amando Boudou (to be pronounced
'voodoo').

When I was forced to retire at 65 I made an offer to the Math chairman he
couldnt refuse like Marlon Brando did in The Godfather movie. I said to
him "Let me go on teaching free of charge". My offer made sense to him
because I was the only OR man in the spot. For a while they let me do my
way but in the end they kicked me out of school because a younger
colleague learned my metier... and she was the dean's wife in the Computer
Dep. You will meet her in the ALIO/IFORS meeting in Buenos Aires. You cant
miss her - she is a nice stocky lady.

I am coming to the point: Boudou Economics as applied to the senile homo
sapiens. In Argentina IRS got 22 per cent of my salary during 45 years
while I worked as an honest laborer, and when I reached 65 they sent me
home with 86% of my active payment in 2002. Then the time series followed
the following sinking pattern:

2002 86%
2003	71
2004	64
2005	51
2006	43
2007	42
2008	42

As you notice my retirement pay has been reduced intentionally by half .
By the end of the month I am groping for the dimes. Boudou Economics is
not Voodoo Economics. Monsieur Boudou has not been trained by OR scholars,
but by the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank bureaucrats. And
believe me, those sob's know how to shrink by half the third world assets.
Now you might understand why I did not enjoy Beethoven's ninth symphony
in the celebration of 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. God
save puppet Barack Obama and his gang!

Cheers,
Fabio
