We have two openings for post-doctoral positions in the group of Theoretical Mesoscopic<br>
Physics (Rodolfo Jalabert, Guillaume Weick, and Dietmar Weinmann) at the Institut de<br>
Physique et Chimie des Matériaux de Strasbourg (Université de Strasbourg & CNRS). The<br>
positions are for two years each, beginning between October 2014 and October 2015. We<br>
are looking for candidates with a PhD in Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics, preferably<br>
with a focus on mesoscopic physics.<br>
<br>
The first opening is to perform work in the domain of quantum transport and aims at<br>
theoretical aspects of Scanning Gate Microscopy in ballistic nanostructures.<br>
<br>
The second opening concerns the theory of quantum nanoplasmonic systems and<br>
metamaterials.<br>
<br>
