La Comisión de Carrera de Ciencias Biológicas (CCCB) llama a
selección para
cubrir un cargo administrativo en la Secretaría de la Carrera
de Cs. Biológicas. El cargo
tiene un estipendio equivalente una beca de trabajo equiparada
a dos cargos de
Ayudante. de 1ra. dedicación simple .</span><br>

Las principales tareas a realizar comprenden:</span><br>
<br>
<span style="background:white">1 – Atención diaria a alumnos
para todo trámite
relacionado con la Carrera. <span
class="apple-converted-space"> </span></span><br>
<span style="background:white">2 – Diligenciamiento de
decisiones y trámites
académicos decididos por la CCCB.</span><br>
<span style="background:white">3 – Archivo e indexación de toda
la
documentación administrada por la Carrera.</span><br>
<span style="background:white">4 – Asistencia a reuniones y toma
de actas.</span><br>
<span style="background:white">5 - Otras tareas de Secretaría.</span><br>

Se requiere una dedicación de 4 hs diarias, en el horario de
14 a 18 hs de
lunes a viernes. El lugar de trabajo será la Secretaría de la
Carrera de Cs.
Biológicas, 4to piso, Pabellón 2, Ciudad Universitaria Los
postulantes
deberán reunir los siguientes requisitos mínimos:</span><br>

Predisposición para el trato con alumnos y docentes</span><br>
<span style="background:white">-
Fluidez en el manejo de los programas básicos de Office (Word,
Excel) y
programas de e-mail (Eudora, Outlook).</span><br>

Fluidez en el manejo en cuestiones administrativas generales
de Secretaría</span><br>
<span style="background:white">-
Es deseable (aunque no excluyente) que el candidato posea
conocimiento sobre la
estructura curricular y el funcionamiento académico de la
Carrera de Ciencias Biológicas
u otras afines.</span><br>
<span style="background:white"> </span><br>
<span style="background:white">Los interesados deberán presentar
su Curriculum
Vitae en la Secretaría de Carrera de Cs Biológicas (pabellón
II, 4to piso)
desde el <b>martes 15 de abril hasta el miércoles 30 de abril de
2014</b>, en el horario
de <b>10 a 18 hs</b>. Los antecedentes serán evaluados por un
jurado establecido por
la CCCB.</span><br>
