vetará y delegará la resistencia en los gobernadores de las
provincias asociadas a los intereses mineros, quienes ya planearon su
contraataque: desconocerán la norma alegando que la
Constitución les asigna el control de los recursos naturales de su
territorio. En San Juan ya hay una ley que rechaza la iniciativa
nacional.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">El juez de control de garantías de
Andalgalá, Rodolfo Cecenarro, rechazó, por inadmisible, el
recurso de amparo interpuesto en enero pasado por vecinos de
Andalgalá que se oponen a la minería. Recordemos que es el
mismo juez que permitió la masacre de febrero de este año en
dicha ciudad y que no procesó a ninguno de los responsables de
dicha agresión a mujeres, niños y ancianos andalgalenses.

<h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;">4 días de trabajo colectivo de
la UAC en Santiago del Estero <o:p></o:p></span></h2>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><strong>Las asambleas y grupos que
integran la UAC se reunieron durante 4 días en Santiago del Estero.
Se debatieron y acordaron estrategias y acciones de resistencia frente al
avance del modelo extractivo. El próximo encuentro será en
noviembre en Andalgalá, provincia de Catamarca. </strong>Prensa

<p>Minería a cielo abierto, contaminación de ríos y
lagos, glaciares en peligro, impactos del monocultivo de soja, impulso al
plan nuclear argentino, desmontes y expulsión de comunidades,
problemáticas urbanas, megaproyectos, degradación social,
ambiental y cultural fueron las temáticas en debate.</p>
<p>El panorama presenta una complejidad creciente, y la respuesta de las
comunidades es cada vez más fuerte, incluyendo la exigencia de
respetar y consolidar a nivel nacional la soberanía ya sea
alimentaria, política o energética.<br /> Hacia el final de
encuentro se acordaron algunas acciones conjuntas. Entre ellas: apoyo al
plebiscito por el NO a la minería a cielo abierto en
Andalgalá el próximo 5 de septiembre.</p>
