la intenci&oacute;n de abordar el nuevo aniversario no s&oacute;lo como
conmemoraci&oacute;n sino tambi&eacute;n como una instancia y posibilidad
de debate entre organizaciones sociales, universitarias y
comunicacionales. A su vez, buscamos ligar y articular luchas sociales
dando espacio para el debate y la reflexi&oacute;n pol&iacute;tica
general, dado que, por ejemplo los talleres tem&aacute;ticos y la charla
de cierre estar&aacute;n cruzados por el eje gen&eacute;rico de balance y
perspectiva desde el 2002 hasta y desde hoy de las luchas sociales y la
criminalizaci&oacute;n de la protesta de la protesta de todos los
sectores.</span></p>
