normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">Nuevamente el FOI tomara  las
calles en distintas localidades de nuestra provincia, para reclamar  por
trabajo genuino y la implementaci&oacute;n del Programa Argentina Trabaja,
 implementado para generar 100.000 puestos laborales, seg&uacute;n el
discurso  oficial, pero que en la practica solo se ha desarrollado
magramente,  bajo el paraguas de los &ldquo;barones&rdquo; del conurbano
bonaerense quienes  preparan  el terreno clientelar y punteril para las
elecciones del 2011,  jugando con el estado de desesperaci&oacute;n de
amplios franjas de la poblaci&oacute;n  que subsisten en la
pobreza.</span></span></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-weight:
normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">Mientras tanto las condiciones 
de vida de los trabajadores/ras ocupados/as y desocupados/as de deterioran
 d&iacute;a a d&iacute;a, la incesante inflaci&oacute;n (no registrada por
el INDECK)  ha pulverizado en los hogares humildes la asignaci&oacute;n
universal por  hijo, que de universal tiene solo el nombre y ha dejado sin
la m&aacute;s  minima cobertura social a miles y miles de desocupados/as
con la ca&iacute;da  de los planes sociales (Jefe/a, PEC y otros). El
gobierno nacional hace  ahorro con los pobres, mientras preparan
negociados varias veces millonarios  en d&oacute;lares, para satisfacer la
demanda de los bonistas acreedores de  la deuda externa, iniciado un nuevo
ciclo de endeudamiento con los organismos  internacionales de
cr&eacute;dito para la refinanciaci&oacute;n de los intereses  de la deuda
en el 2011.</span></span></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-weight:
normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">El Fondo Bicentenario,  no es
para aplicarlo en un plan de inversi&oacute;n publica que genere trabajo, 
para m&aacute;s escuelas y hospitales, para salarios dignos para docentes,
 trabajadores/as de la salud y estatales, no, es para pagar la deuda 
eterna y recomponer los territorios electorales perdidos el junio  del
2009. Queda claro que se busca un escenario en orden para el 2011,  orden
que ser&aacute; pagado por de amplios sectores de argentinos y argentinas 
que aun no han emergido de la crisis social desatada en el 2001 y por 
trabajadores/as que ven como se malogran sus
ingresos.</span></span></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-weight:
normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">Como es posible que una  de las
fuentes primordiales de prote&iacute;nas, llegue a precios
estratosf&eacute;ricos,  ante la pasividad del estado incapaz de regular
los precios de la carne.</span></span></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-weight:
normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">Como si fuera poco. la 
municipalidad de la San Salvador de Jujuy insiste en mantener el
irracional  aumento en el boleto de transporte urbano, verdadero despojo a
los bolsillos  de los trabajadores/as ocupados/as y desocupados/as para
quienes el  viajar en colectivo se transformara en un lujo conjuntamente
con la  adquisici&oacute;n alimentos de primera

por lo vivido. Esta situaci&oacute;n se ve profundamente agravada en el

especialidad, requieren de parte de sus juzgadores, una actitud de
especial cuidado y respeto en su tratamiento. Esto por cuanto se trata de
violaciones masivas a los derechos Humanos cometidas desde el Estado con
la suma del poder p&uacute;blico. Este tratamiento especial, no significa
de manera alguna menoscabar el derecho de los imputados a ejercer
plenamente su defensa, pero a trav&eacute;s de sus abogados, y no buscando
amedrentar con sus preguntas a quienes tienen el valor de relatar los
horrores vividos durante el Terrorismo de

small;">El macrismo decret&oacute; el cierre de 82 grados de escuelas
p&uacute;blicas de la ciudad; esto significa lo mismo que
&iexcl;&iexcl;destruir 10 escuelas!! La resoluci&oacute;n ordenada por
Macri y refrendada por el nefasto Abel Posse, est&aacute; siendo
implementada por el ministro de Educaci&oacute;n Esteban Bullrich. El 22
de febrero, a muchos de los/as 82 maestros/as titulares de esos grados se
les impidi&oacute; tomar posesi&oacute;n de sus cargos, por orden del
Ministerio, implementada por algunas direcciones de las escuelas. Fue por
eso que decidieron concentrarse en el Ministerio para exigir una
respuesta, y ante la sordera del gobierno, mantuvieron una toma del lugar
durante m&aacute;s de 15 horas. Sin embargo, la lucha contin&uacute;a
frente a un gobierno que una vez m&aacute;s se empecina en imponer por la
fuerza las medidas antipopulares que toma.

destrucci&oacute;n de la educaci&oacute;n p&uacute;blica y de los derechos

nosotros/as. Al mismo tiempo, en el presupuesto 2010 destinado a
Educaci&oacute;n p&uacute;blica, se redujeron las partidas para
infraestructura de escuelas y no se contempl&oacute; ning&uacute;n aumento
para los/as docentes. Las escuelas se caen a pedazos y decenas siguen sin
gas, se cierran grados, se precariza el trabajo docente, se recortan
derechos a los/as docentes contratados/ as, &nbsp;y se llega a la
caradurez de ofrecerles un &ldquo;aumento&rdquo; salarial de 9% en 4
cuotas (25 pesos para marzo)!! </span></span></span></span><span

docentes, se mantengan todos los grados existentes y se garanticen

normal;">de ese espacio cultural barrial. El Centro Cultural Almagro
funcionaba hace a&ntilde;os en el barrio de Almagro realizando diferentes
actividades. Algunas relacionadas con los trabajadores/as cartoneros/as,
otras con actividades culturales como talleres gratuitos de malabares,
tango y teatro. Era un espacio del y para el
barrio.&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-weight: normal;"><br
/></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13px;"><span
style="font-weight: normal;">El d&iacute;a 11 de agosto alrededor de las
00:00 hs, una persona autodenomin&aacute;ndose due&ntilde;o del lugar y
sin mostrar papel alguno, comenz&oacute; a levantar una pared en la puerta
del Centro Cultural. Luego de la llegada de la polic&iacute;a federal
(Comisar&iacute;a 9na) se gener&oacute; un intercambio de palabras,
nosotros expusimos que hab&iacute;a una persona ajena al centro cultural,
tapiando las puertas del mismo en plena madrugada, a lo cual la
polic&iacute;a reconoci&oacute; la existencia previa del Centro Cultural.
Sin embargo de golpe la actitud</span></span><span><span style="font-size:
13px;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">&nbsp;
</span></span></span><span style="font-size: 13px;"><span
style="font-weight: normal;">policial cambi&oacute;, extendiendo por horas
la discusi&oacute;n, empez&aacute;bamos a darnos cuenta de que se estaba
perge&ntilde;ando algo sucio. Tantas luchas, denuncias y miles de pesos
perdidos en coimas contra los cartoneros, hicieron que la mafia policial
de la 9na </span></span><span><span style="font-size: 13px;"><span
style="font-weight: normal;">&nbsp;</span></span></span><span
style="font-size: 13px;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">prepare todo
para cobrarse venganza ese d&iacute;a. Entonces la polic&iacute;a
empez&oacute; repentinamente a hostigar y a amenazar a los integrantes del
Centro Cultural por lo que estos decidieron refugiarse dentro del C.C. La
trampa de la federal estaba cerrada.</span></span><span
style="font-weight: normal;"><br /></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13px;"><span
style="font-weight: normal;">La polic&iacute;a continu&oacute; con sus
insultos y amenazas, no permitiendo salir del Centro a los integrantes que
quer&iacute;an hablar con los medios de comunicaci&oacute;n, e impidiendo
el ingreso de medios al Centro para explicar lo que ocurr&iacute;a. La
polic&iacute;a informo al fiscal que el centro cultural, que funcionaba
desde hacia a&ntilde;os acababa de ser &ldquo;usurpado&rdquo; y el
complaciente fiscal sin que medie ning&uacute;n tipo de
investigaci&oacute;n, ni averiguaci&oacute;n orden&oacute; el desalojo.
Hubiera bastado hacer una r&aacute;pida b&uacute;squeda en Internet para
constatar de la existencia previa del Centro
Cultural.&nbsp;</span></span></p>

la orden judicial. Los participantes del Centro decidieron salir

agredir&iacute;a, pero al poco de salir cuatro personas, las golpe&oacute;
y detuvo. La polic&iacute;a no dejaba salir al resto. &Eacute;stos
decidieron abrir la puerta del Centro Cultural, y esperar la
identificaci&oacute;n policial, sentados en sillas y con
guardapolvos.</span></span></span></font></font></span></p>

Centro Cultural incluy&oacute; represi&oacute;n con gases
lacrim&oacute;genos, balas de goma y golpes, a las distintas

la noticia del desalojo. Tal operativo dej&oacute; varios heridos y
