dinámica en sistemas complejos (como células vivas) usando técnicas de

funcionamiento de las células ha cambiado bastante con el tiempo, en parte
gracias al desarrollo de nuevas técnicas de microscopia óptica que permiten
observar la evolución temporal y espacial de procesos. Las técnicas de
seguimiento de partículas únicas (SPT) desempeñaron en este cambio un rol muy
importante ya que la información que obtenemos en estos experimentos es
completamente distinta a la que se obtiene al promediar el comportamiento de
muchas partículas y esto revela nuevos aspectos del proceso estudiado.

diseño e instrumentación de métodos de SPT y mostraré la utilización de estas
técnicas en dos estudios de dinámica intracelular: 1) la función de motores
moleculares y 2) dinámica de cromatina en
