nanometros, es especialmente atractiva para investigar sistemas de dimensiones

charla de nivel introductorio, se describiran experimentos noveles en
microscopia de alta resolucion, nanolitografia and nanomaquinado recientemente
demonstrados en Colorado State University usando laseres avanzados especialmente
diseñados para emitir luz con longitudes de onda entre 10 y 50 nm.<SPAN
