criopreservación de biosistemas (desde alimentos hasta biomoleculas) se basa en
el uso de soluciones acuosas vitrificadas o sobreenfriadas conteniendo
sustancias, por ejemplo polioles, que facilitan la vitrificación o permiten
mantener el estado metaestable por largos periodos. La movilidad de solutos en
estas matrices tiene gran relevancia para interpretar la velocidad de los
procesos de degradación y estimar la capacidad crioprotectora del medio.<BR>En
esta charla se discutirá el estado del arte de la interpretación microscópica de
la dinámica en soluciones acuosas cerca de la transición vítrea y la
contribución del grupo al estudio experimental de la movilidad de diversos
solutos en soluciones acuosas de trehalosa y sacarosa
sobreenfriadas</FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
