relacionados con productos naturales

<P class=MsoBodyText style="MARGIN: 0pt"><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>Los
heterociclos a núcleo isocrománico se encuentran relativamente poco
representados en la Naturaleza y entre los compuestos sintetizados por el
Hombre. Actualmente, la fragancia Galaxolide<SUP>®</SUP> es el derivado
isocrománico sintético producido en mayor volumen. </FONT></P>
<P class=MsoBodyText style="MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 35.4pt"><FONT face=Arial
color=#000000>Durante el seminario se presentarán los resultados obtenidos
durante los últimos 5 años en una de las líneas de trabajo del Laboratorio,
relacionada con la síntesis de derivados isocrománicos potencialmente
bioactivos. Los resultados de algunos ensayos de actividad biológica de los
mismos también serán mostrados. </FONT></P>
<P class=MsoBodyText style="MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 35.4pt"><FONT face=Arial
color=#000000>Más específicamente, se discutirá la síntesis de intermediarios
clave hacia stephaoxocanidina (un producto natural tetracíclico con esqueleto
inusual), incluyendo un heterociclo que contiene el sistema de anillos ABC de
stephaoxocanidina. Asimismo, se presentarán resultados de la síntesis y
evaluación de la actividad inhibitoria de la enzima acetilcolinesterasa de
análogos tricíclicos de stephaoxocanidina. </FONT></P>
<P class=MsoBodyText style="MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 35.4pt"><FONT face=Arial
color=#000000>La presentación incluirá además la síntesis de una lactona
isocrománica con propiedades regulatorias sobre el crecimiento vegetal de tabaco
(<I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">Nicotiana tabacum</I> cv. Petit Havanna)
y la preparación de algunos análogos de la misma, activos frente a trigo (<I
style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">Triticum aestivum</I> cv. Klein Escorpion).
La transformación de la lactona isocrománica en un intermediario clave para la
síntesis de derivados rhoeadánicos también será discutida.</FONT></P>
<P class=MsoBodyText style="MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 35.4pt"><FONT face=Arial
color=#000000>Finalmente, se presentarán resultados de la síntesis y evaluación
biológica de una lactona tricíclica que contendría el propuesto farmacóforo de
los antibióticos piranonaftoquinónicos.</FONT></P>
