Hola a todos,

Quería anunciar nuevamente (y dar más precisiones) sobre el Workshop on
String Theory, Gravity, and Fields <http://www.wix.com/ngrandi/workshop#!> que
estamos organizando para el mes de agosto. Se trata de un meeting de dos
días que consistirá en varias charlas de colegas de otras instituciones que
nos estarán visitando y charlas de colegas de nuestro Departamento.

Este workshop puede pensarse como una versión ampliada de los encuentros de
la red strings en ar realiza en forma periódica. Pueden encontrar los detalles,
e.g. el programa, en el e-mail de anuncio del cual les envío copia abajo.

Dear colleagues

This is the second announcement of the Workshop on String Theory, Gravity,
and Fields <http://www.wix.com/ngrandi/workshop#!>, and which will take
place on August 24th and August 25th 2011, in Buenos Aires.

The aim of the workshop is to bring together experts from different
countries working in the area of string theory, gravitation, and gauge
theory. It is intended to be an informal meeting that will enable the
participants to discuss about their topics of interest in a friendly
atmosphere that foments collaboration.

The meeting is organized by our group in cooperation with the organizers of
the Strings en ar Network <http://www.fisica.unlp.edu.ar/strings/>. In fact,
this can be thought of as a special two-days edition of the regular meetings
periodically organized by Strings en ar.

The talks will be held at the seminar room of the Instituto de Astronomía y
Física del Espacio IAFE <http://www.iafe.uba.ar/>, which is located at the
universitary campus of Universidad de Buenos Aires. A preliminary list of
speakers includes:
