Invitación al taller sobre Electric Field 
Effects in Tumors: Biophysical Foundations and Clinical Experiences

El objetivo del taller es reunir a científicos que estudian los efectos de 
campos eléctricos en tumores a través de distintas terapias electroquímicas y 
a los médicos involucrados en la atención directa al paciente. Los resultados
presentados provienen de ensayos que muestran modificaciones substanciales a 
nivel tisular, celular y a nivel de la membrana celular, tanto  in vivo como 
in vitro. Esta es una oportunidad única para mostrar los impactantes avances 
del campo en América Latina.  Temas principales del taller:
Tratamiento electroquímico de tumores (EChT),  Electroquimioterapia (ECT)´ 
Nanoelectroterapia (NET), Experiencias Clínicas

El taller tendrá dos etapas, una en el Instituto  Roffo de la UBA (agosto 31, 
14-17 hs) y otro en el ITBA (agosto 1o. 14-17 hs.). Se adjunta las charlas en 
ambos eventos. Para aquellos que no puedan asistir a los dos primeros, se 
planea un  tercer evento más informal con discusión directa  con los 
visitantes extranjeros, en la FCEyN, el jueves 2 de agosto de 14 a 17, siempre 
que haya interesados.
