de Laboratorios Nacionales brasileños localizados en Campinas, Brasil, reciben
hasta 29 de octubre las inscripciones para la 19ª edición del Programa Becas de
Verano que reunirá, a lo largo de dos meses, estudiantes de diversas partes de
la America <SPAN style="COLOR: black">Latina y Caribe para vivir una experiencia
única de contacto con proyectos de desarrollo científico y tecnológico. El
complexo gerenciado por la Asociación Brasileña de Tecnología de Luz Síncrotrón
(ABTLuS), para el Ministerio de la Ciencia y Tecnología (MCT), es formado por el
Laboratorio Brasileño de Luz Sincrotrón (LNLS), por el Centro de Biología
Molecular Estrutural y por el Centro de Ciência y Tecnología del Bioetanol
(CTBE). <o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN lang=ES
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">En
2010, el programa ocurre del cinco de enero hasta el 25 de febrero. Pueden
participar estudiantes de los cursos de grado de las ciencias exactas,
biológicas e ingeniarías (excepto civil) que hayan concluido</SPAN><SPAN lang=ES
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'"> el mínimo de cuatro
semestres de curso. Las plazas están abiertas a los estudiantes de las
universidades situadas en Latinoamérica y Caribe. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

programa, los becarios se dedican a tiempo completo a proyectos de investigación
en áreas tales como aplicaciones de luz sincrotrón, biología molecular e
estructural, ciencia y tecnológica del bioetanol, ciencia de los materiales (con
énfasis en nanociencia y nanotecnología), física e ingeniaría de aceleradores y
instrumentación científica. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

oportunidad de desarrollar un proyecto en uno de los complexos científicos y
tecnológicos más sofisticados de Brasil, los seleccionados reciben billetes de
ida y vuelta del sitio de origen hasta Campinas, hospedaje, comidas, seguro de
salud y transporte entre el local de hospedaje e los Laboratorios
Nacionales.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
